    Jun — Sept 2023

    Designed and developed a synchronous analytical web app used by PIs and medical professionals. Led the database integration with RedCap, Amazon EC2 to support clinical and protected health data management. Examined and processed 15+ categories of child rare diseases data and respective genetic testing in 50,000+ entries.

  3. Software Engineer @ Dataminr

    Jun - Sept 2022

    Built new architectures of the pipeline system to monitor crisis response and risk mitigation information. Partitioned, transformed cloud platform data with SQL, Amazon S3 and snowflake. Designed SQL schema that presents assembled, high-throughput JSON data; lowered latency by 65%.

  4. Data Engineer @ Tsinghua Tongfang

    Jun - Sept 2019

    Built classification model over vehicle types, and implemented ResNet-50, CNN with caffe, Tensorflow on highway emergency detection. Worked on the revision paper Real-time Traffic Congestion Detection with SIGHTA Regression Network, presented at the 2019 IEEE 9th International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC).
